At Red Kite we understand that all riders have individual needs, so we’ve developed unique training packages to meet you where you are, and help you get where you want to go.  You choose the plan that best fits you, your goals, and your body. 


We offer three tiers of services

a one-time training consultation to help ensure that you’re on the right track

or ongoing personalized coaching services from an expert cycling coach.

Weekly Training Plans

Our structured weekly training and nutrition programs are designed to prepare you for your ride, no matter the distance. These self-guided training programs have been developed for novice riders completing their first 25-mile ride, all the way up to those taking on a 100-mile challenge. But don’t worry, we will be there to help answer your questions along the way.
